They're Baaack - and I'm gone

These paintings swam back upstream to the studio.  I held a few paintings back for the "Fish and Fowl" show at the Ice House Gallery in Berkeley Springs, WV last month. The works below are now available, all framed up for the holidays. If you'd like to have one click this link: www.dailypainters.com and click "Artists," then find me and open my "Gallery"  click on the painting you want, click the PayPal button and voilà.

In case you haven't guessed, my creative batteries are depleted (again).  I am off to the Big Easy to recharge them.  New work on Tuesday, I promise.

I was silently waiting and hoping that "Cold Fish" would swim its way to me. I'm not sure if I'll be able to let this one go and give this to my Dad who loves to fish! He'll be 55 this December...or I may wait until Christmas. Either way I'm in Florida until the new year and can't wait to see it.

I am in love w/ your oyster paintings!!! And that one w/ the beer is just ME!! I will have to do some financial finagiling(?) to get it, but I think I'll try...hopefully before anyone else does!!!

It's good to have you back Mark!!! I missed you!

And I went up to MA and met Jerry and the Famous Caymus!! I got some great pics of Caymus, I think Jerry may be sending you one!!!:)

Alice, Wow, I'm old enough to be your father. I'm glad you got the Cold Fish painting. I was quite happy with the color and brushwork in it.

Thanks, Carol.

Speaking of fun fish paintings - your "Show and Tell" is terrific!

Hi, Pegi Sue. I'm flattered that you like the oysters.
I can't wait to see the new Caymus pics.

Thanks, Rebecca. One more thing - fish are fun to paint! The myriad color and textural possibilities make fish a wonderful subject for the daily paintings.

These all look so regal in their beautiful frames. Love the fish with the icecubes surrounding it.
Your work is so inspiring!!!
